Always start your Monday off with meal prep! You can still eat really healthy, delicious foods that fit your budget. Taking the time to meal prep sets me up for success my whole week. I also always have healthy snacks on hand like hummus & veggies, fruit, and nuts. There's always a healthy way to incorporate all of your favorite foods, especially when you cook them yourself! Give it a try this week and tell me some of your favorite recipes!

Who is ready to work their booty today π Deadlifts are my favorite! Here's a few tips to keep your form in check: Keep your kettlebells/weights as close to your body as possible, and keep a slight bend in your knees so you don't lock them. Neutral spine, chest up, and engage your core. Complete the lift with a hinging movement. Even though it's great for your booty it really is a full body exercise! π₯

Happy Fitness Friday πͺπΌ Here are some moves I love and incorporated into my circuit today. Deadlifts with weights, kick backs with resistance bands, and bent over dumbell reverse flys. Here are some of my favorite exercises to give you the most booty burn:
---Standing kickbacks
---Deadlifts
---Squats
My secret is using resistance bands, loops and weights because they give you the most muscle stimulation right away. Low impact doesn't mean less intensity. When your muscles get that nice shake, they are challenged, so they start contracting and releasing at an intensified pace! You'll be dripping in sweat AND will prevent injury this way. Win win! ππ¦
