Good morning!!! Hope this brings a smile to your face! I'm super focused on recovery RN because I'm going to the Grand Canyon next week and I want to be able to explore. (wish me luck) So far after a full do of stretching and walking (literally 8 hours of back and forth) I was able to pop my lower back foe the first time in months. So something good is happening I'm just staying consistent. Big thanks to everyone that's been checking on me.

Hey guys/gals!! Still having issues with my back. I'm gonna drop another free video here shortly as appreciation for sticking with me while I recover. It started out in lower back and I managed to get that fixed and now it's the upper glute right by the hip and the connection spot to the tail bone are knotting up. It's super fucking weird, it'll be fine and then bam I'll have to sit down. It looks like its a lack of bl0od flow to the area as that area is already known to have low bl0od flow so I'm looking at using a BP 150 and BP 500 compound which helps heal tissue and promote bl0od flow to the areas. Just updating you all on the situation
