There is a very good chance you'll sweat. Drink water, drink water, drink water oh and if you forgot please please please drink water.

I know your body probably hurts, mine does too. It takes 16-18 days to make a habit. I'm going to fight the pain and just get in there and do it and I'm gonna do it at my pace which may be faster or slower than yours. Video coming soon

I also plan on being more engaged than I have been recently so starting today expect daily updates.
