"5" is tied to some of the best grounding advice I've ever learned. Essentially, list off 5 things you love about yourself. You can add a twist and list off 5 good things that happened today, 5 things you're thankful for, etc. We should all take time out of our day to be mindful and love ourselves 💗 Whenever I'm sad and I remember to do this, I always feel so warm and fuzzy inside! :) One of my biggest struggles is forgetting advice I've learned, especially when I need it most. And now I get to have a constant reminder to make sure I never forget 🥺💗 hehe love you all lots xoxo :)
