Added 2020-04-18 20:51:37 +0000 UTCI've been restricting my calories and I misjudged the amount, I need to increase my calororic intake as I did not have the energy or capacity to finish this workout. I talk about listening to your body and I listened to mine, I did not want to canabolize muscle to finish the work out due to being on a caloric deficit. If you're not on a caloric deficit do your best to finish this workout or get as far into it as you can. Listen to your body, this is a marathon and not a race. Consistency is more important than intensity.
