I've been in a bit of a rut the past week. Depression and anxiety....I'm sure alot of you can relate. It's still hard for me to go out in public etc but managed to pull a fast one on my brain and before it could get anxious about going out....I was at the gym 😄 It's hard to get out of anxiety spirals but, I'm so proud I did. Did a short...but good session at the gym (I'm so so very unfit!!) And hoping to do another 2 this week 🤞🏻 i know my goals and I hope to achieve them by next year...so I gotta push myself! If you need words of encouragement today, you can do it :) the first few steps are the hardest and the sooner you start the journey the quicker you see results 💕 you're awesome and you got this!!
