To begin to learn and know the body on a deeper level only benefits us for every aspect of our lives. How? It helps - • In becoming more connected to ourselves • In becoming more confident in our body • In learning more about our boundaries, likes, dislikes and desires • It helps us learn how to spark pleasure for ourselves in a variety of playful ways • In building an understanding of our pleasure • For our own understanding of our body’s messages, places holding tension, needs etc • For our pleasure in our relationships 🌹Take time alone, where you won’t be bothered and where you feel safe and at ease to be able to drop in to explore 🌹Put on a song / music that allows you to feel sexual yet, relaxed. 🌹You can wear a blindfold or choose not to. The blindfold just helps us tune out more distraction and easier place of focus within. 🌹 Guide your hands as SLOWLY and as presently as you can. The slower you go, the more you feel. 🌹 Guide your breath with your fingertips and your touch. Notice what arises using different touches. Take notice- đź’What touches call you deeper? đź’What touches ignited you right away? đź’What areas did you find sparked pleasure that you didn’t know you enjoyed đź’What does this practice of exploring bring out for you? What do you notice most during the exercise? Is it easy? Difficult? ** Know, emotions may come up as you begin to explore your body with full presence and a new sense of touch.
