Healing from anything. Trauma. Abuse. Toxic people. Bad habits. Either physically or mentally. Healing is weird, and very non-linear. So it sometimes feels like you're not making progress, or that you're back to where you started in a sense. But we're all doing SO GOOD! and I just wanted to remind you, and myself, of that. We're all trying our best, and that's all that can ever be asked of us. Cheers to the good and bad days, and hoping that there's many more good ones to come 💗
