Update2: I kept ice on it and now the swelling has gone down .Still hurts and feels like a slight bump, but Iām feeling much better .Thank you all for your kind words š Update:Currently feeling better, but I still gotta keep ice on it .I got a painful, swollen bump Ok, soo, I have hit my head in the window frame pretty badly >.
