Today, between 6am and 10am, I had 3 breakfast burritos and 2 McGriddles from McDonalds, 3 glazed Krispy Kreme’s, 2 Boosts, a sourdough jack with extra mayo, chicken nuggets, and 4 tacos from Jack in the Box, and then another Boost. Prepare to see some gains, because I ate a ton through the day too! 😌
